Bob is the founder of Kawabe & Associates, LLC, a Virtual Family Office and Business Consulting Firm. However, what Bob is known for is inspiring and providing leadership to Successful Self-Made Family Oriented Business Owners to live their Soul Purpose in Life so they can have the Freedom to do what matters the most to them. That is to spend time with those they really love and care about, doing what they are very passionate about and making an impact on the life of others. For Bob, it is all about touching the lives of others by giving them hope so they can see all the possibilities, to define their “Soul Purpose in Life” and going after their dreams regardless of how big the dream might be, knowing anything in life is possible! Bob feels that is his life's calling to inspire others so they can have the confidence they need to live their life to the fullest and help them to realize their true potential. Walking the same path while growing up, Bob faced numerous challenges, obstacles and adversities, so he understands first-hand what it is like. This is why he is so passionate about helping people, especially the disadvantaged youths. What makes Bob unique is his ability to help people shift their Mind Set, so they can begin to see things from a totally different perspective. This changes how they see things and opens up all the possibilities of what it can be. It is seeing all the WHAT IFs and inspiring them to go after it! Most important people in Bob’s life are his family. Being married to his lovely wife, Janet, for over 28 years, he feels very blessed to have two wonderful children, Eden and Luke, who are the sparks of their lives. Both Eden and Luke are elite soccer players. Eden played Division I Women's Soccer, and Luke played Division I Men’s Soccer and are now preparing to play professionally. Bob loves to surf, work out, coach soccer when he can and spend time learning and studying about personal development to improve himself and others, he mentors. He currently splits his time between his home in Mililani, Hawaii and Orlando, Florida.
